63 ccid_0074 SE4All: United for Efficiency mainly mitigation energy, industry   http://climateinitiativesplatform.org/index.php/United_for_Efficiency http://united4efficiency.org/ 2009 U4E is a global effort supporting developing countries and emerging economies to move their markets to energy-efficient appliances and equipment. Under the leadership of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), U4E brings together all key stakeholders active in the area of product efficiency. U4E: Informs policy makers of the potential environmental, financial and economic savings of a transition to high-efficiency products; Identifies and promotes global best practices in transforming markets; Offers tailored assistance to governments to develop and implement national and regional strategies and projects to achieve a fast and sustainable market transformation. U4E builds on the success of the en.lighten initiative, which accelerates the transition to efficient lighting worldwide. It broadens the scope to six other high-efficiency product categories, such as commercial, industrial and outdoor lighting, residential refrigerators, room air conditioners, electric motors, distribution transformers, and information and communication technologies.             SDG explicitly mentioned   SDG explicitly mentioned       SDG explicitly mentioned       SDG explicitly mentioned Support 75 developing countries and emerging economies to switch their markets to energy-efficient products to save 20% of their electricity consumption Save the equivalent energy and associated emissions output of 500 large (1 GW) coal fired power stations by 2040   75 countries to attain higher energy efficiency             ["Chile", "Peru", "China", "Japan", "India", "Korea (the Republic of)", "Myanmar", "Thailand", "Viet Nam", "Lao People's Democratic Republic (the)", "Malaysia", "Singapore", "Cambodia", "Brunei Darussalam", "Indonesia", "Australia", "New Zealand", "Philippines (the)"]   ["Global Environment Facility (GEF)"] [UNEP]_ior_int,[CLASP]_ing_usa,[International Copper Association]_oth_usa,[Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC)]_ing_usa,[UNDP]_ior_int {"bus": ["ABB", "Arcelik", "BSH Hausger\u00e4te", "Electrolux", "Gree", "Mabe", "Osram Licht AG", "Sanhua Holding Group", "Signify", "Whirpool"], "oth": ["Advanced Cooling Challenge", "Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency", "Global Climate Partnership Fund", "Global Lighting Challenge"], "ing": ["AmbiLamp", "BASE", "Carbon Trust", "International Institute for Energy Conservation", "Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program", "Topten"], "ngv": ["China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS)", "Energy Efficiency Services Limited", "Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH", "Green cooling initiative"]}
